Comfortable and well-appointed room, great parking. Fairly close to the main sites.

Very slow wifi throughout the hotel. The breakfasts were the same everyday...no variety :(

Economical and convenient location. Great Breakfast.

Everything was great minus the street noise at night. But I was able to manage it.

The no a/c in the gym did not work for me. Perhaps invest in a split unit for those who prefer have a/c when working out.

Good Choice

The building seems it was refurbished and they did a nice job. The room was pleasant, comfortable bed, nice size bathroom and clean. The only thing it was No much sun light. The breakfast was very good and the waitresses very polite. The location was not the best and at night I do not recommend walking around alone it's a bit dark and solitary. Pleasant facility.

Very Good

The location is good. The rooms are comfortable other than the pillows being a little bit hard. There is lots of parking free of charge, which was great.

The breakfast was the same every day and just average, the Wi-Fi is very poor in the entire hotel except in the lobby area and even there it’s very slow, so if you plan on doing any sort of work, this may not be the place for you.

Friendly staff, AC in all rooms, comfortable beds and breakfast was simple but excellent!

Gym was tiny, but it’s a hotel gym after all. Wifi wasn’t usable due to speed.

The staff was very welcoming and helpful. The complementary breakfast has good varieties.

The rooms are dark, a little sunlight would make things good. The location is near Zocalo but can be little dirty.

Kali Ciudadela perfect location

Location is nice. We walked a lot, central squares, Roma even Polanco were somewhat reachable by foot (as said we walked a lot), street seems to be a bit shady in the night but we had no problems. Gourmet San Juan market is in walking distance (5min) and other relevant things. Also public transport but we didn't use it. Staff is nice.

Mattresse was hard as a stone. Especially considering we stayed 9 nights, my back hurt. Walls are thin as papers so if you have sleeping troubles think twice as there are some loud people at 7 am trying to catch breakfast. Considering we were in period with not many people it was ok, but in case there is a lot of guests, breakfast disappears, and it is very basic.

Great location for historic city tour & mass transit

Convenience to line 3 metro (note that line 1 Balderas station is currently closed) & street food vendors. Comfortable sized room & bathroom with plenty of electrical outlets & lighting. Enjoyed the in room coffee pot, filtered hallway water & lobby coffee options. Breakfasts were delicious, varied & plentiful.

Would book again, but please provide fresh fruits!

Lovely clean room and bathroom, spacious wardrobe, and central location. They had beautiful Christmas decorations and some of the staff spoke English too. Lovely breakfast staff, I had a chat with the cute grandpa about the RBD concert I attended the day before and he started singing one verse, so cuuute!

Breakfast fruits were off, had food poisoning the day I left! Not ideal on a long flight back to London :(

The hotel was very clean, nicely appointed, spacious and professionally operated. A cut above the average, I thought. Decent location for local attractions. Good and varied breakfast options. Nice staff

The general area was not outstanding. I wouldn't like to be out on some of the local streets after dark, but I expect that's true of the city in general. My Google Map gave us completely wrong directions to the Kali Hotel

Very well located hotel with lovely breakfast. Just avoid ground floor rooms

We first got a room on the ground floor and it was very noisy but we told the staff and had a lovely room from our 2nd night onwards.

Excellent hidden gem in the heart of Mexico City!

This place was so centrally located. It's in walking distance to so many sights and restaurants and street eateries and el mercado and public transportation and........ The staff are very helpful and friendly and it's clean. I will definitely stay here again.

Not too much I didn't like, although I was wishing there were hooks in the bedroom to hang a jacket or another towel in the washroom because the wet towels don't dry completely before we need to use them again.
